Abuzz was a very important part of the success of my business. Eight years ago when I opened my company, I was a big computer “dummy.” One day in the first year of business, my computer crashed. I called the computer help line, and they told me I lost everything; it was hopeless. Next I called a big company in the phone book, and a few hundred dollars later, they told me it was hopeless. Then along came Rick, a young, eager entrepreneur — and in an hour he had recovered ALL of the data and literally saved me from having to close down my company. From that point forward I referred to Rick as my lifeline. When I couldn’t figure something out, I knew I could call him at any time and he would resolve my issues. Nothing was ever too much, and he NEVER made me feel inadequate. I still use his services today even though I have since closed my business and changed careers. He continues to work on my home and office PCs, my home network, my son’s and husband’s PCs…and I have referred him to many other business associates, friends and family members with the utmost confidence.
